Thank you for supporting MVP Hub. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or sponsorship.

1. Digital Goods and Passcodes

Ad-free passcodes are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment or sponsorship. Once delivered or activated, sponsorships and passcode purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Sponsorship Platforms

Sponsorships are processed through Ko-fi and Afdian under their respective platform rules. We do not store any payment details.

3. Support and Issues

If you experience technical issues receiving your passcode, please contact us with your payment receipt. We will verify and reissue your passcode manually.
